THE TRANSITIONAL RESIDENTIAL FACILITIES ARE STAFFED ON A TWENTY-FOUR HOUR A DAY BASIS. ALTHOUGH MOST RESIDENTS ARE ALLOWED TO LEAVE THE FACILITY FOR WORK AND PROGRAMMING PURPOSES, THEY MUST SIGN OUT AND IN WITH STAFF APPROVAL PRIOR TO LEAVING AND UPON RETURN.
