Impact evidence

Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.

Programs described in its return (1)
  1. $575,803 spent. In 2024, funds raised by The Blood & Tissue Center Foundation assisted in erecting a digital sign in front of BioBridge Global's headquarters on IH 10 West that advertises the need for blood and blood components while also highlighting other important messaging and our community partnerships. Contributions assisted in the replacement of aged motor pool and delivery vehicles and improvements made to our helipad which have both been crucial in life saving activities. Generous gifts to the Foundation have helped replace donor beds in our community donor rooms, fluid warmers in the Center for Advanced Therapies, and create English and Spanish educational videos on the subject of tissue donations. Funds in 2024 also assisted in crucial donor recruiting and retention activities for South Texas Blood & Tissue Center.
