ONCE CERTIFIED, A PHYSICIAN IS CALLED A DIPLOMAT OF THE ABPMR.THE ABPMR'S WORK CONTINUES THROUGHOUT A PHYSIATRISTS CAREER WITH OUR MAINTENANCE OF CERTIFICATION (MOC) PROGRAM, WHICH PROVIDES A FRAMEWORK AND TOOLS FOR MAINTAINING MEDICAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS, AS WELL AS TRACKING CONTINUOUS IMRPOVEMENT OVER TIME. THE AMERICAN BOARD OF PHYSICAL MEDICINE AND REHABILITATION (ABPMR) OFFERS CERTIFICATION EXAMINATIONS. THE THREE LARGEST PROGRAM SERVICES OFFERED BY THE ABPMR ARE THE PART I, AND PART II EXAMINATIONS.
