Financial health
We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance
This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

- DEVELOPMENT OF AI-DRIVEN EDUCATIONAL SOFTWARE THAT PROVIDES PERSONALIZED LEARNING SUPPORT, COMPETITIVE-EXAM PREPARATION, AND ACADEMIC SKILL-BUILDING. THE INITIAL VERSION OF THE SOFTWARE IS BEING DEVELOPED BY A TEAM OF SOFTWARE ENGINEERS AND IS CURRENTLY BEING TESTED BY A SMALL GROUP OF STUDENTS FROM AN UNDERSERVED COMMUNITY TO PREPARE FOR HIGH SCHOOL BOARD EXAMS. THE RESEARCH, DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT OF THESE APPLICATIONS ARE CONDUCTED BY SOFTWARE ENGINEERS, EDUCATORS AND CONTRACTORS ENGAGED BY OMEGA, UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF OMEGA'S OFFICERS AND BOARD, WITH FEEDBACK FROM STUDENTS AND TEACHERS. SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT AND MAINTENANCE OCCURS REMOTELY. PILOT TESTING OCCURS THROUGH PARTICIPATING SCHOOLS AND COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS. 40-50 PERCENT OF TOTAL TIME AND 40-50 PERCENT OF ANNUAL EXPENSES ARE ALLOCATED TO THIS ACTIVITY, DEPENDING ON DEVELOPMENT AND DEPLOYMENT CYCLES. THESE ACTIVITIES ARE FUNDED PRIMARILY THROUGH DONATIONS AND GRANTS IN THE INITIAL YEARS AND IN THE FUTURE, THROUGH LIMITED SUBSCRIPTIONS OR LICENSE REVENUE FROM NON-UNDERSERVED USERS AND FOR-PROFIT SCHOOLS AND ORGANIZATIONS. REVENUE WILL BE USED TO EXPAND THE FREE ACCESS TO MORE UNDERPRIVILEGED STUDENTS TO IMPROVE LEARNING OUTCOMES AND REDUCE BARRIERS TO EDUCATION.
