Governance
This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

We have also been approved via the Attorney Generals Office in New York State and are registered as a Charitable Organization that can receive donations. We have received zero dollars in donations through Calendar year 2025 because of founding the organization and getting everything in place.
