- AFTER THE SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF THE COVID-STYLE 2021 EVENT, WHERE ALL CONTESTANTS WERE PRESENTED TO THE JUDGES VIRTUALLY, THE COMPETITION TOOK A BREAK, AS THE WORLD WAS EMERGING FROM THE HIATUS. THE COMPETITION IS CURRENTLY REEVALUATING THE PROGRAM FORMAT AND REDEFINING LONG STANDING COLLABORATIONS AS WELL AS EXPLORING THE POSSIBILITIES OF NEW PARTNERSHIPS. TRADITIONALLY, EVEN YEARS ARE THE PLANNING PERIOD FOR THE E-PIANO JUNIOR COMPETITION THAT WOULD TAKE PLACE IN THE ODD YEARS (2025). DUE TO STRUCTURAL CHANGES FROM YAMAHA, WHO PROVIDES THE MAJORITY OF TECHNICAL SUPPORT DURING PRELIMINARIES AND THE LIVE COMPETITION, WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED TO DELAY THE PLANNING OF THE NEXT COMPETITION FOR THE FUTURE.
