What it says it does
Our primary objective is to promote the breeding of and to protect and advance the interests in pure bred dogs and to encourage and hold dog shows exhibitions and matches and field trials and any other American Kennel Club event for which the club is eligible under the rules and regulations of the American Kennel Club. To that end we train and test dog owners. All trainers are unpaid club member volunteers. Club facilities are also available to 4H groups and for search and rescue and police K-9 training.

Financial health
We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance
This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Programs described in its return (4)
- $7,284 spent. OBEDIENCE CLASSES. Obedience Classes are a series of training sessions starting with puppy socialization and puppy obedience and continuing with more advanced training. Our class goal is for every dog to be a Canine Good Citizen. Handlers are instructed how to teach their dogs basic commands such as come sit down stay and controlled walking on a leash. Handlers are also trained how to redirect undesired behaviors such as jumping and aggression. After beginner and novice classes handlers may wish to continue with obedience competition classes to obtain titles on their dogs. During 2025 over 125 handler dog teams where enrolled in 26 classes 189 class sessions.
- $1,574 spent. AGILITY CLASSES: Agility is a fast-paced sport where a dog and handler race to complete a specially-designed obstacle course involving tunnels bridges and jumps. The handler runs with the dog and guides the dog to the correct obstacles with voice and signals. Speed is important but Agility is also about accuracy and working as a handler dog team. It takes an incredible bond between handler and dog to navigate the courses. During 2025 over 40 handler dog teams where enrolled in 13 classes 91 class sessions.
- $1,109 spent. OBEDIENCE CORRECTION CLINICS. Obedience Correction Clinics are for handles that are currently competing in obedience and rally events. It give handlers a chance to train their dogs under event like conditions. Handlers are able to work on training problems using toys and food as motivators. This also gives handlers the opportunity to train in a new or strange test location. During 2025 9 clinics were attended by over 175 handler dog teams.
