- HOSTED A COUNTY WIDE DAIRY BREAKFAST IN JUNE, 2019. PANCAKES, HAM PATTIES, MILK, CHEESE, YOGURT AND ICE CREAM SUNDAES WERE SERVED. LIVE ENTERTAINMENT INCLUDED A FAVORITE LOCAL BAND AND THE 4-H SHOW CHOIR. CHILDREN'S GAMES INCLUDED A CORN BOX AND MILK JUG TOSS.
- ROCK COUNTY 4-H CLUBS AND FFA CHAPTERS ARE INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE WINDOW AND FLOAT DECORATING CONTEST, STOREFRONT WINDOWS IN A HOMETOWN ARE DECORATED PROMOTING DAIRY PRODUCTS DURING THE MONTH OF JUNE. THE FLOAT CONTEST IS HELD DURING JUNE AND JULY. 4-H AND FFA GROUPS ARE ENCOURAGED TO BUILD A FLOAT PROMOTING DAIRY PRODUCTS AND THE DAIRY INDUSTRY. CASH AWARDS ARE GIVEN TO THE 1ST, 2ND, AND 3RD PLACE WINNERS. ALL PARTICIPATING GROUPS RECEIVE 25 WORTH OF DAIRY PRODUCTS.
- DURING THE ROCK COUNTY 4-H FAIR OUR GROUP IS INVOLVED IN AND SPONSORS MANY ACTIVITIES WHICH INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: 1. SPONSOR RIBBONS FOR THE COLORED DAIRY BREED EXHIBITORS. 2. SPONSOR "LITTLE BRITCHES" SHOWMANSHIP CONTEST. 3. SPONSOR DAILY EVENTS AND CONTESTS.
