Financial health
We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance
This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Impact evidence
Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.
Programs described in its return (4)
- $7,386 spent. Conduct semi-annual 3-day aerospace mechanism conference. Conference papers are solicited and assessed, and hotel accommodations are selected, on alternate non-conference years with zero revenue and low administrative expenses.
- Youth sponsorship programs: Provide a "Coale Scholarship Award" to the US Space & Rocket Foundation (Tax ID 63-1265839) to fund attendance by a middle school student candidate. Also, a modest grant is provided to three or four local high school FIRST Robotics Competition teams.
- Aerospace engineering education offered to attendees of conference. Facilitate 2-day technical classes in conference hotel, preceding the aerospace conference. The engineering classes typically involve ball bearing technology and/or tribology. These classes are independently funded, staffed and managed.
- Donation made in 2025 to Caltech and JPL Disaster Relief Fund - Tax ID 95-1643307 - Support fire disaster relief in LA area
