WE COLLECT AND PUBLISH TESTIMONIES FROM CITIZENS WHO HAVE BEEN HARMED BY PREDATORY GAMBLING. WE ALSO HOLD LECTURES, ONLINE FORUMS, HOUSE MEETINGS, AND OTHER PUBLIC EVENTS TO AMPLIFY THE VOICES OF CITIZENS WHO HAVE SUFFERED LIFE-CHANGING HARM AS WELL AS EMPOWER COMMUNITIES WHO HAVE BEEN TARGETED BY GAMBLING OPERATORS. WE PROVIDE TRUSTWORTHY, SCIENCE-BASED INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROBLEM OF PREDATORY GAMBLING TO INTERESTED PARTIES FOR USE IN NEWS REPORTING, MESSAGING, AND EDUCATING FEDERAL AND STATE LEGISLATORS ON THE BENEFITS OF REFORMING OUR NATION'S CURRENT APPROACH TO COMMERCIALIZED GAMBLING TO ITS HISTORICALLY SUCCESSFUL ROLE OF SEEKING TO CONTAIN IT RATHER THAN PROMOTING IT. WORKING WITH OUR STATE AND LOCAL AFFILIATES, WE ALSO HOLD FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL-LEVEL BRIEFINGS ACROSS THE COUNTRY AT NO CHARGE. OUR IMPACT EXTENDS TO CITIZENS AND ORGANIZATIONS FROM ALL 50 STATES AND OF ALL POLITICAL STRIPES.
