Governance

This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Programs described in its return (1)
  1. $118,594 spent. The Seniors Job Bank had a productive year in 2024 adding volunteer jobs to our database. We connected to a wide variety of community partners, key constituents and businesses through our exstensive job outreach efforts. Our marketing efforts included updating our website, launching social media pages, paticipating in job fairs, Initiating a podcast, and a monthly enewsletter. On the automation front, we continue to work with our grant tracking system, and donor management system, to improve the functionality. We expanded our community outreach through a training program for Seniors working into retirement and participating in local community events for Seniors in the Greater Hartford area.
