Governance

This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Impact evidence

Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.

Programs described in its return (4)
  1. $642 spent. Operation Snip & Tip is our FREE program for trailer park cats. In 2025, we sterilized and vaccinated 12 cats free of charge for residents of trailer parks. The cats no longer reproduce, benefitting the entire property and all of its residents.
  2. $13,950 spent. Our Spay & Neuter Initiative is our voucher program to subsidize the cost to spay/neuter stray and feral cats. In 2025. we sterilized and vaccinated 442 cats, returning 273 to managed colonies. These cats are no longer reproducing, benefitting entire communities where the cats reside.
  3. $31,656 spent. Our Adoption Initiative is our program to place adoptable cats and kittens that we intake through our trapping efforts. In 2025, we spayed or neutered and placed for adoption 169 cats and kittens. Pulling these cats from the colonies where we trap, demonstrates an immediate reduction in the number of cats in those colonies.
  4. $1,445 spent. Community Cats Wellness Subsidies is our program that provides feral cat shelters and food assistance to colony caregivers. We also provide vaccines, antibiotic treatment, and humane euthanasia at the time of surgery for caregivers that are on government assistance. Most of the cost that was incurred was from freight on the food donations. We distributed 367 shelters, 10 pallets of food and litter, and hundreds of vaccines.
