This is accomplished through the design and construction of robots capable of competing in FRC (FIRST Robotics Challenge), FTC (FIRST Tech Challenge) and FLL (FIRST LEGO League) tournaments. During the filing year, 35 FRC, 32 FTC and 18 FLL students were guided by teams of mentors during the tournament season.
  2. $4,888 spent. The Red Alert Radical Robot Camp is hosted by Red Alert team members. Two, weeklong, robotics summer camps are for students entering First through Fifth grade. The camps provide exposure to STEM education through the use of hands on activities. The camp served 72 students during the filing year.
