RCMC IS AFFILIATED WITH RUSH UNIVERSITY MEDICAL CENTER ("RUMC"), AN ACADEMIC MEDICAL CENTER IN CHICAGO, ILLINOIS, FOR THE PURPOSE OF CREATING A REGIONAL DELIVERY SYSTEM TO IMPROVE THE MEDICAL, CAPITAL, AND MANAGEMENT RESOURCES AVAILABLE TO CMH AND RCMC IN THEIR MARKET AREAS.
