Financial health

We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance

This return does not answer enough of the governance questions to score.

Impact evidence

Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.

Programs described in its return (3)
  1. ANNUAL EVENTS - THE ANNUAL EVENTS HOSTED THROUGHOUT THE YEAR ARE A VARIETY OF SOCIAL ACTIVITIES HOSTED FOR PURPOSES OF MEMBERSHIP RECRUITMENT AND DEVELOPMENT. ATTENDEES INCLUDE MEMBERS OF THE ASSOCIATION, THEIR FAMILIES AS WELL AS MASONIC ORGANIZATIONS, YOUTH GROUPS, AND THE COMMUNITY.
  2. REUNION - THE ASSOCIATION'S CALENDAR IS CENTERED AROUND TWO PRIMARY MEMBERSHIP EVENTS, WHICH WE CALL REUNIONS. THE REUNIONS PROVIDE AN OPPORTUNITY FOR NEW MEMBERS TO JOIN THE ASSOCIATION AS WELL AS FOR CURRENT MEMBERS TO REUNITE WITH OLD FRIENDS.
  3. SUPREME COUNCIL- THE ASSOCIATION IS CHARTERED BY THE SUPER COUNCIL OF THE ANCIENT ACCEPTED SCOTTISH RITE OF FREEMASONRY FOR THE NORTHERN MASONIC JURISDICTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. THE SUPREME COUNCIL HOSTS A BIANNUAL SESSION WHICH REPRESENTATIVES FROM THE VALLEY OF CHICAGO ATTEND. THE VALLEY OF CHICAGO ALSO PAYS A PER CAPITA DUES SUBSCRIPTION TO THE SUPREME COUNCIL ON AN ANNUAL BASIS.
