Governance

This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Impact evidence

Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.

Programs described in its return (3)
  1. $52,343 spent. The WKT Inn of Court held nine monthly meetings, as well as a summer social for which members cover the cost if they choose to attend. At each monthly meeting, there is a dinner and a team of members presents on a legal topic. Approximately 85 members attend each meeting. Members receive continuing legal education credits for attending. These monthly meetings constitute the main reason for the organization's existence and account for virtually all of the organization's expenses aside from mandatory dues to the national American Inns of Court foundation.
