Financial health

We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Impact evidence

Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.

Programs described in its return (1)
  1. THIS YEAR WAS ONE SPENT ON PLANNING FOR A RE-FOCUS OF THE ORGANIZATION'S FUTURE ACTIVITIES. DURING THE YEAR, A NEW STRATEGIC PLAN WAS DEVELOPED WITH A DECISION TO EMPHASIZE INCREASING ACCESSIBLE HOUSING. BESIDES THE STRATEGIC PLANNING, MAXHOUSING ALSO IMPLEMENTED AN ORGANIZATIONAL RESTRUCTURE AIMED AT BETTER POSITIONING THE ORGANIZATION TO FULFILL ITS MISSION. WE CONTINUED TO BE INVOLVED WITH COMMUNITY EFFORTS AROUND ACCESSIBILITY AND HOUSING AND TO BRING ATTENTION TO THESE ISSUES. WE EXPECT TO BE MUCH MORE ACTIVE IN THE YEAR AHEAD.
