Financial health

We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance

This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Impact evidence

Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.

Programs described in its return (2)
  1. $800 spent. Train Like a Hero is a free community career-exposure and mentorship program created to increase visibility, representation, and career pathways for women and girls interested in law enforcement, fire rescue, corrections, military service, and other uniformed professions. The program provides fitness-based activities, Q&A with women currently serving in uniform, recruiting information, mentorship, and positive exposure to public safety and military careers. During the tax year, Uniformed Women held its first Train Like a Hero event, serving 15 participants and featuring women representatives from fire rescue, law enforcement, corrections, and military recruiting.
  2. $100 spent. Uniformed Women participated in a high school career expo to introduce students to career pathways in public safety, military service, fire rescue, law enforcement, corrections, and other uniformed professions. The organization provided career information, representation, and exposure to women serving in uniformed roles, helping students learn about service-based careers and future opportunities. This outreach supported the organization's mission to increase awareness, mentorship, and career pathways for young women and students interested in uniformed service.
