What it says it does
Path2Places is organized and operated exclusively for charitable and educational purposes under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Our primary exempt purpose is to provide safe, trauma-informed transitional housing and comprehensive stabilization services for youth who have experienced abuse, neglect, and foster care disruption. Through residential care, emotional support, life skills development, and coordinated wraparound services, Path2Places works to promote the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of vulnerable youth. The organization exists to relieve the distress of children facing housing instability, prevent further trauma during placement transitions, and support healthy development and long-term stability within underserved communities.

Financial health
We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance
This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Programs described in its return (1)
- In 2025, Path2Places successfully completed foundational startup milestones necessary for program launch. The organization obtained federal 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status, established a governing board, developed operational policies and safety protocols, and built initial partnerships with local child welfare professionals in Dallas and Tarrant County. A significant achievement was securing a residential property in Arlington, Texas through an in-kind community donation. This donated home now serves as the site for our Safe Haven Transitional Housing Program and provides long-term program sustainability. While direct service delivery had not yet begun in 2025, the organization focused intentionally on infrastructure development, compliance, and housing acquisition to ensure responsible, safe, and effective program implementation in 2026.
