Leonberger Club of Texas
Public records raise at least one point you should look into before giving.
What it says it does
The Leonberger Club of Texas is a membership organization; however, all of our programs and events are open to the public, and we actively encourage community participation. Membership is not required to attend or participate in any of our activities. By making our programs accessible beyond our membership, the benefits of our educational efforts, demonstrations, and outreach extend broadly to the general public. Our resources are dedicated to educating, promoting, and advancing the interests of the Leonberger breed. This includes promoting training methods, breeding standards, and sportsmanlike participation in confirmation shows, obedience trials, scent work trials, and other AKC events.

Financial health
We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance
This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.
