Financial health
We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance
This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Impact evidence
Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.
Programs described in its return (3)
- $80 spent. The Corporation's initial program service accomplishment was the formation of the Corporation as a Louisiana non-profit corporation, including the adoption of Articles of Incorporation and filing of those articles with the Louisiana Secretary of State. The formation of the Corporation was a necessary prerequisite to any future activities on the part of the Corporation and is expected to benefit the general public in the Greater New Orleans area and Southeast Louisiana, through the accomplishment of the Corporation's tax-exempt purpose of supporting public radio broadcasting. The expense of that filing was $80 in filing fees, paid to the Louisiana Secretary of State.
- $600 spent. The Corporation's next program service accomplishment was the preparation and filing of an application for tax-exempt status on IRS Form 1023, filed with the Internal Revenue Service on May 30, 2025. The application for tax-exempt status was a necessary prerequisite to any future fundraising on the part of the Corporation and is expected to benefit the general public in the Greater New Orleans area and Southeast Louisiana through the accomplishment of the Corporation's tax-exempt purpose of supporting public radio broadcasting. The expense of preparing and filing the application was $600 in filing fees paid to the Internal Revenue Service.
- Because of the short time between the filing of its IRS Form 1023 application for tax-exempt status, filed on May 30, 2025, and the end of the Corporation's fiscal year on June 30, 2025, the Corporation was only able to begin, but was not able to complete before the end of its fiscal year, negotiations for a fiscal sponsorship arrangement with another tax-exempt organization to permit the Corporation to commence fund-raising efforts while its application for tax-exempt status is pending. When a fiscal sponsorship arrangement is concluded, it is expected to benefit the general public in the Greater New Orleans area and Southeast Louisiana through the accomplishment of the Corporation's tax-exempt purpose of supporting public radio broadcasting. The Corporation did not incur any expense associated with this effort during the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025.
