Impact evidence

Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.

Programs described in its return (1)
  1. $351,285 spent. During the reporting year Dignifi developed and piloted a reentry navigation program designed to support individuals returning from incarceration. The program focuses on helping participants understand and access essential reentry services including identification documents public benefits housing employment and healthcare. The organization conducted direct user testing with individuals impacted by incarceration to better understand barriers to service access and refine guidance provided through the program. Dignifi curated and verified information about community-based service providers and eligibility requirements to reduce misinformation and improve successful referrals. In support of this program Dignifi also developed foundational data and tracking systems to document service usage time to access resources and participant feedback. These activities are intended to improve coordination among reentry services and support better outcomes for individuals during the critical post-release period.
