What it says it does
Accessible Care Transport provides low- or no-cost non-emergency medical transports for elderly, disabled, veterans and low-income individuals. We work with local medical facilities, offices of aging and healthcare programs such as Arches to Wellness, including cancer treatment and dialysis centers in south central PA (mostly Gettysburg, Hanover and York in 2025), to make sure individuals are able to access the critical care they need to stay healthy. Our service provides dignity and independence for our most at-risk citizens, including the elderly, disabled and those with financial limitations.

Financial health
We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance
This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Impact evidence
Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.
Programs described in its return (1)
- $34,204 spent. In 2025, Accessible Care Transport, Inc. served 62 individuals, providing 391 separate transports to medical facilities, work and grocery stores, with the majority of transports to medical appointments and procedures. Of the 391 separate transports, 295 were discounted or free for individuals who had to pay out of pocket. The majority of the transports were to medical appointments and procedures. We provided transportation for veterans to honor their service by taking them to their medical appointments originating in our nine approved counties to any location throughout PA. We also provided transportation for cancer patients to their frequent medical procedures, particularly in York, Hanover and Gettysburg, PA. We were able to provide dignified services to enhance mobility and independence for our most at-risk citizens that include the elderly, disabled and those living in homeless shelters such as SCCAP in Gettysburg and Shippensburg. We rely on our predominantly volunteer driver team, reimbursement by medical providers and supplemental donations and grants to provide deeply discounted or free services for 75% of our transports in 2025.
