Financial health

We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Impact evidence

Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.

Programs described in its return (1)
  1. $13,124 spent. DURING THE YEAR, RELIFE CONTINUED EXPANDING ITS AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROGRAM THROUGH THE ACQUISITION, RENOVATION, AND MANAGEMENT OF RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES. VOLUNTEERS, LOCAL BUSINESSES, CHURCHES, AND COMMUNITY PARTNERS DONATED THOUSANDS OF HOURS OF LABOR, PROFESSIONAL SERVICES, BUILDING MATERIALS, AND FINANCIAL RESOURCES TO RENOVATE HOMES THAT PROVIDE STABLE, QUALITY HOUSING FOR FAMILIES WHO HAVE COMPLETED LOCAL RECOVERY, TRANSITIONAL LIVING, OR SUPPORT PROGRAMS. IN ADDITION TO RENOVATING HOMES, RELIFE WORKED ALONGSIDE REFERRAL AGENCIES TO IDENTIFY QUALIFIED RESIDENTS AND PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES FOR LONG-TERM STABILITY THROUGH AFFORDABLE HOUSING. FAMILIES PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM RECEIVE MORE THAN HOUSING ALONE. THEY ARE CONNECTED WITH MENTORS, COMMUNITY RESOURCES, AND RELATIONSHIPS DESIGNED TO HELP THEM THRIVE, ACHIEVE FINANCIAL STABILITY, AND BUILD A STRONGER FUTURE FOR THEMSELVES AND THEIR CHILDREN. THROUGHOUT THE YEAR, RELIFE ALSO ENGAGED THE COMMUNITY THROUGH VOLUNTEER WORKDAYS,NEIGHBORHOOD IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS, CHURCH PARTNERSHIPS, YOUTH SERVICE OPPORTUNITIES, AND DONOR APPRECIATION EFFORTS. THESE PROJECTS ALLOWED INDIVIDUALS, BUSINESSES, AND CIVIC GROUPS TO DIRECTLY PARTICIPATE IN REVITALIZING NEIGHBORHOODS WHILE SERVING FAMILIES IN NEED. BY THE END OF THE YEAR, RELIFE HAD EXPANDED ITS HOUSING EFFORTS TO SIX PROPERTIES AND CONTINUED DEVELOPING ADDITIONAL OPPORTUNITIES TO RESTORE HOMES, STRENGTHEN NEIGHBORHOODS, AND CREATE LASTING COMMUNITY IMPACT. THE ORGANIZATION REMAINS COMMITTED TO PROVIDING HIGH-QUALITY HOUSING WHILE FOSTERING DIGNITY, HOPE, AND LONG-TERM FAMILY STABILITY FOR THOSE IT SERVES.
