Impact evidence

Programs described in its return (3)
  1. $79,060 spent. Web3 Technical Education and Training: Soundboard provides immersive, hands-on technical training for software developers and users to accelerate the adoption and secure use of Web3 technologies. A flagship initiative in 2025 was the "Zero to dApp" program, a comprehensive day of learning hosted at Devconnect in Argentina and EthCC in France. Soundboard also expanded its reach across three continents, delivering virtual workshops at 10 additional industry events in countries including Germany, Romania, France, Nigeria, and the United States. Through these workshops, over 1,500 participants were trained hands-on, in building decentralized applications (dApps) from the ground up, integrating complex features such as data indexing, front-ends, oracles, and decentralized identity. The curriculum often focuses on core security principles to ensure that the next generation of blockchain infrastructure is built with robust safety standards. This program bridges the gap between theoretical blockchain knowledge and practical, production-ready engineering skills.
  2. $59,294 spent. Global Developer Relations and Community Outreach: The organization conducted extensive global outreach to support the decentralized web ecosystem through technical advocacy, mentorship, and open-access educational content. These efforts directly engaged approximately 1,300 participants through live and virtual sessions, providing personalized guidance on smart contract development and security. Beyond these events, Soundboard maintained a vital digital knowledge base through technical articles and deep-dive guides (such as the "Circom in Remix" series), addressing advanced topics like Zero-Knowledge proofs and anti-scam awareness. This program ensures that developers, regardless of their location, have the support and resources needed to navigate the evolving Web3 landscape.
  3. $19,765 spent. Open-Source Curriculum and Tooling Development: Soundboard develops and maintains open-source educational tools and curricula designed to lower the barrier to entry for blockchain development. In 2025, the organization significantly expanded LearnEth, the interactive, in-app tutorial plugin within the Remix IDE. Key developments included the integration of security-focused modules authored by WTF Academy and the creation of specialized guides for Zero-Knowledge (ZK) Circuits using Circom and Noir. LearnEth had over 3 million web visits in 2025. In collaboration with global partners like Ape Unit and EthKipu, Soundboard pioneered a new curriculum integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) with Web3 education, also within the Remix IDE toolset. To ensure these tools reach underserved regions, the organization also supported on-the-ground training in Kenya and Uganda, empowering local "Remix Champions" to lead context-specific workshops on decentralized development. This program provides the foundational infrastructure that allows thousands of users worldwide to learn smart contract programming in a safe, guided environment. Since introduction, the RemixAI assistant had more than 700,000 education-based activations in 2025.
