What it says it does
Survivors Know is a survivor-led community, organizing to transform the systems that perpetuate violence. Together, we challenge the status quo and cultivate new ways of supporting each other so all can thrive. We work directly with survivors to organize workplaces and shift the attitudes and systems that sustain violence, beginning within their own circles and expanding outward. We organize frontline anti-violence workers-social workers, advocates, preventionists, organizers, educators, and survivors-who are building survivor-led, non-carceral interventions of safety and justice in the Midwest and beyond.

Financial health
We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance
This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.
