Impact evidence

Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.

Programs described in its return (3)
  1. $105,024 spent. K2C delivered three major technical education bootcamps in 2025, providing more than 100 instructional hours to 300 subsidized students across San Bernardino Community College District, the Hispanic Association of Colleges & Universities (HACU), and other community-serving partners. These bootcamps delivered hands-on training in artificial intelligence foundation data literacy, and bioinformatics. All programs were offered at no cost, directly addressing barriers to access and advancing workforce readiness in high demand technology fields.
  2. K2C developed structured learning pathways that connect classroom instruction to in-demand careers in the emerging AI economy. These initiatives included career exploration, digital portfolio development, and employer validated skill assessments. Through collaborations with workforce boards, industry partners, and community colleges, K2C provided job aligned training to underserved learners, advancing economic mobility for low- income communities
  3. K2C partnered with shelters, youth-serving agencies, and community organizations to deliver accessible digital skills workshops and basic technology readiness training. These sessions reduced barriers to workforce participation, particularly for individuals without prior exposure to emerg technologies. Participants were supported with hands on guidance, resources, and continued coaching toward career pathways.
