Financial health
We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance
This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

- We will be carrying out charitable program services in 2026. In 2025 Pendleton Artisan Network had its inaugural meeting and selected officers. It has started organizing events to be held in 2026 for the purpose of its mission and has started securing grant funding to accomplish its mission. We have been acquiring a contact list of interested community members for receiving services. We have done a community survey to help guide our service programs. Pendleton Artisan Network has been creating partnerships with other organizations to assist in accomplishing our mission goals for the community. We have paid an organization to build our website to help promote our mission and to meet the requirements of grantors and vendors we will be doing business with.
