Financial health
We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance
This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

- SISTAS support high school and college young women to make positive changes in their lives and the lives of others. The purpose is to bring the young women together to help guide and help them to identify issues that mostly affect them their families and communities. Our goa is to help them to become leaders and be empowered to develop solutions and identify how to effectively approach decision-makers in their community. As a high school counselor this is done in group session and those students that are in college monthly meetings are held via Google Meet. I completely volunteer my time.
- The mission of a SISTAS is to foster a safe supportive and inclusive environment that empowers young women to discover their passions build self-confidence and achieve their full potential. The focus on mentoring skill-building and leadership development to help members navigate challenges pursue educational or career goals and cultivate healthy confident future.
- Each June when the college students return to New York at the end of their semesters and along with the high school students we come together to celebrate everyones accomplishments. I and several of my family and friends donate our time and have an annual SISTAS luncheon. I personally rent an event space purchase and cook all dishes and provide the activities for the event. My family and friends also donate items as dining ware table clothes beverages and their time to serve and celebrate with my students.
