Financial health
We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance
This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Impact evidence
Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.
Programs described in its return (3)
- $1,000 spent. As a foundation, we made a contribution to support the Collagen Gordon Research Conference. This contribution enabled a young researcher to attend the premier international conference on the study of collagen. This assisted and supported the development of research of Gould Syndrome.
- $2,500 spent. During the year of 2025, we decided as a foundation to hold the first ever Gould Syndrome International Conference in America. This conference is scheduled to take place in Boston, MA on May 15-17. Once the decision was made to hold the conference in 2026, we understood that a lot of fundraising would be necessary. This is why the majority of the funds we obtained through donations in 2025 were not utilized elsewhere. However, toward the end of 2025 we made a downpayment to reserve hotel rooms for the conference. This was the first step in working toward holding the conference, the first payout of many others which will have to be made in 2026 in relation to the conference. The downpayment for the hotel rooms in order to hold a community/scientific research conference was a great accomplishment.
- $2,873 spent. As a foundation, we launched our own website (1/1/25), which laid the foundation for building a support/research community around Gould Syndrome. As a part of building the community, we began to hold regular board meeting over Zoom, as well as period community meetings to provide updates. As the community has grown, we invested in a CRM (Boomerang), in order to begin to track constituents who have donated to or simply engaged with the foundation. To summarize, this accomplishment relates to establishing, growing, and tracking with the community around the support and research of Gould Syndrome, which has been accomplished through obtaining/maintaining a website domain, communicating and interacting over Zoom, and tracking the participants of our community with Boomerang.
