  1. $23,433 spent. This year, Sisterhood Social Co. demonstrated strong community impact through consistent programming, meaningful partnerships, and expanded initiatives. We hosted 20 events, including wellness-based experiences, mini retreats, and community gatherings designed to foster connection, reflection, and personal growth. These events collectively served 1,000 attendees, creating accessible opportunities for women to engage in movement, mindfulness, and community. We built and nurtured an engaged community beyond in-person events, growing our free group chat to 800 members, providing an ongoing space for connection, support, and engagement. Through collaboration, we partnered with 100 local businesses and wellness providers, supporting small businesses while enhancing the event experience with diverse offerings such as fitness classes, mental wellness services, beauty activations, and holistic health experiences.
  2. $22,219 spent. The IEDC grant programs supported community-based, socially impactful projects, paralleling with Sisterhoods supporting many women in the community at building relationships through civic engagement and cultural enrichment. By hosting consistent and accessible events within the community, Sisterhoods created many different safe and inclusive enviroments where women of all backgrouds felt welcomed, supported, and seen. This program helped to expand community reach, educational programming and resources for women within the community.
  3. $3,819 spent. We launched and executed Social Savvy, a free entrepreneur initiative funded by the Indiana Economic Development Corporation. This program provided accessible education and resources for women entrepreneurs, hosting workshops and community sessions focused on branding, marketing, and business growth. Through this initiative, we were able to directly support local entrepreneurs in building and expanding their businesses at no cost to participants.
