THE FOUNDATION WILL ALSO CARRYOUT GRANTMAKING ACTIVITIES THAT DELTA DENTAL OF NORTH CAROLINA COULD NOT OTHERWISE CARRY OUT DIRECTLY. ALL ACTIVITIES AND GRANTS WILL AT ALL TIMES BE EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE, SCIENTIFIC, LITERARY, EDUCATIONAL AND OTHER EXEMPT PURPOSES.
