Financial health

We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance

This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

  1. Amplify IT was established to provide affordable, high-quality IT services exclusively to non-profit organizations. Our mission is to empower these organizations by enhancing their technological infrastructure, improving efficiency, and increasing community impact. Although our 501(c)(3) status was granted late in the year, we began foundational work in August, including legal formation, governance planning, and program development. By year-end, we successfully secured IRS tax-exempt status and engaged in discussions with multiple prospective non-profit clients. These early efforts laid the groundwork for delivering sliding-scale IT services-including infrastructure support, cybersecurity, and consulting-ensuring even the smallest non-profits can access professional technology support.
