Governance

This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Impact evidence

Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.

Programs described in its return (1)
  1. $70,814 spent. Baby Blues Connection is a nonprofit organization providing trauma-informed, relationship-centered support to parents and birthing people coping with PMADs. We support families during the early years of parenting, typically when children are ages 0-5. recognizing that when parents receive timely mental health support, the entire family benefits. Our core programs include 1:1 and group-based peer support, resource navigation to connect parents with timely clinical care, community education to reduce stigma, and opportunities for connection that build lasting community. BBC prioritizes serving parents facing barriers to care, including those who are uninsured or underinsured, experiencing financial strain, or navigating systems that are difficult to access. We work to reduce isolation, increase hope, and create a more responsive, compassionate system of care for families. We provide support to anyone of childbearing age, plus any family members that reach out either for support themselves or seeking information on how to support someone they love. PMADs affect individuals across all demographics, yet certain communities face disproportionate challenges in accessing support. Our services are open to all parents, regardless of insurance status and inclusive of birthing and non-birthing partners, adoptive families, and those in nontraditional family structures. In 2025, we supported parents in six counties, answered 294 Get Help Line calls, and led eight ongoing support groups. We shared over 7,000 resources and trained 35+ partner agencies.
