UPON FINAL PAYMENT OF $38,000 IN MARCH 22014, THE CITY AND THE ASSOCIATION AGREED TO FURTHER FUNDING COMMITMENTS OF $120,000 PAYABLE IN THREE YEARS, WITH QUARTERLY PAYMENTS OF $10,000 EACH, COMMENCING ON SEPTEMBER 30, 2014.
