  1. $485,710 spent. In 2024, ConsiliumBots strengthened its role as a regional leader in evidence-based technology for public policy. Our work accelerated access to education, improved decision-making for families and institutions, and deepened collaborations with governments and global research organizations. This year reaffirmed something fundamental: when people receive clear, personalized information, their opportunities expand. Key Highlights Higher Education Access in Chile: Personalized guidance tools increased students chances of being assigned to their preferred program by 20%, demonstrating how informed decisions create fairer outcomes. Early Childhood Daycare Deserts Mapping: In partnership with Yale, Javeriana and J-PAL LAC, we mapped 7,700 preschools across Santiago, Bogot, and Santo Domingo, uncovering major information gaps and enabling more inclusive early-childhood planning. AI-Agents in Colombia: Our ICFES-Bot supported 300,000+ students annually, improving university enrollment, loan approval, and access to critical financial and vocational information. With OpenAI, we will expand this technology to new countries in 2025. Impact of Early Education: Research led by our founder showed that universal pre-K can increase family income by 21.7%, making it one of the most cost-effective policies evaluated in the U.S. School Admission System in Chile: For the third consecutive year, we delivered the national assignment algorithm for 470,000 applicants, strengthening transparency, guidance, and long-term sustainability of the public system. We deepened key alliances with OpenAI, local governments in Colombia, and the Ministry of Education of Dominican Republic, expanding our reach and enabling more equitable access to educational opportunities across the region. 2024 demonstrated the power of combining technology, data, and mission-driven innovation. As we enter 2025, we remain committed to expanding opportunity, reducing information barriers, and supporting public institutions across Latin America and the Caribbean.
