  1. $171,915 spent. MUSIC CAMPS FOR STUDENTS IN GRADES 6 - 12; TWO WEEK-LONG OVERNIGHT IN-PERSON CAMPS WERE HELD. BOTH WERE AT CAPACITY IN ATTENDANCE. THESE STUDENTS RECEIVED INTENSE MUSICAL TRAINING WITH OUSTANDING INSTRUCTORS, INCLUDING MASTER CLASSES, ALONG WITH THEORY, HISTORY, AND RHYTHMIC TRAINING. STUDENTS PARTICIPATED IN LIKE INSTRUMENT ENSEMBLES, MIXED INSTRUMENT ENSEMBLES, AND ONE ON ONE LESSONS WITH ARTISTIC STAFF. THE CONCERT TOOK PLACE AT THE END OF THE WEEK, WITH ALL STUDENTS PARCIPATING IN MULTIPLE ENSEMBLES. FOR MANY STUDENTS, THIS WAS A LIFE-CHANGING EXPERIENCE, AND THEY WILL RETURN TO THEIR SCHOOL MUSIC PROGRAMS CAPABLE OF SHARING NEW ARTISTIC AND LEADERSHIP SKILLS.
