Financial health
We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Programs described in its return (3)
- The Council hosts discussions and meetings throughout the year that bring senior level executives and subject matter experts from Member companies together to hear from and engage with their counterpart senior government agency and congressional officials who are responsible for or have significant expertise on the policy and process issues in the Homeland Security Enterprise. Programs have at least one government official in conversation with or briefing Council member representatives on issues of mutual concern. These events are open only to current and sometimes prospective members and are closed to the press. Invited guests include officials from the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Justice/FBI, the United States Congress, the State Department, and the Department of Treasury as well as other non-profit organizations such as the Atlantic Council. Council member firms have the opportunity to sponsor and host executive briefings.
- The Councils annual National Conversation is an opportunity for Members and government officials to discuss key topics of mutual interest in a more widely-attended event that is open to the press. The organizations Annual Dinner, also open to the press, is held each December and provides a business forum in a holiday atmosphere in which its senior executive members and government officials with whom the Council has engaged with meet in peer-to-peer informal networking to celebrate accomplishments in the Homeland Security space over the past year. The event also honors outstanding homeland security enterprise public officials with its annual Service Achievement Award. Due to the pandemic, this year the event was not held.
- The Council sponsors both in-the-DC-region and out-of-town visits to critical government homeland security facilities for members to meet with and learn more about the on-ground operational challenges in the Homeland Security and law enforcement environment. These Tours include high-level briefings, facility tours, and roundtable discussions.
