EXPENSES INCLUDE DEPRECIATION ON THE BUILDINGS, FIXTURES, AND EQUIPMENT; PROPERTY TAXES, UTILITIES, PROPERTY INSURANCE, BUILDING MAINTENANCE, ALARM MONITORING, AND INSPECTIONS.
