Impact evidence

Describes programs. Its tax return describes what it does but we have found no measurable results in it.

Programs described in its return (1)
  1. $47,024 spent. FORTUNE FUND LTD IS MAKING A SIGNIFICANT AND LASTING IMPACT ON THE STUDENTS OF BEVIER HIGH SCHOOL THROUGH ITS SCHOLARSHIP AND SUPPORT INITIATIVES. IN 2024, THE FOUNDATION AWARDED EIGHT STUDENTS A $5,000 SCHOLARSHIP EACH, BASED ON FINANCIAL NEED, TO PURSUE HIGHER EDUCATION AFTER GRADUATION. IN ADDITION, ONE STUDENT RECEIVED A $1,000 MERIT-BASED SCHOLARSHIP IN RECOGNITION OF OUTSTANDING ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT. THESE SCHOLARSHIPS HAVE CONTRIBUTED TO A MEASURABLE SHIFT IN COLLEGE ENROLLMENT. IN 2021, ONLY 10% OF BEVIER HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATES PURSUED HIGHER EDUCATION. THIS YEAR, THAT NUMBER INCREASED TO 40%, DEMONSTRATING THE POSITIVE INFLUENCE OF BOTH NEED-BASED AND MERIT-BASED FINANCIAL SUPPORT. LOOKING AHEAD, FORTUNE FUND LTD IS PREPARING TO LAUNCH MENTORING PROGRAMS TO GUIDE SCHOLARSHIP RECIPIENTS THROUGH THEIR TRANSITION TO COLLEGE, HELPING THEM ADJUST TO NEW ENVIRONMENTS AND EXCEL ACADEMICALLY. IN ADDITION TO SUPPORTING STUDENTS, FORTUNE FUND ALSO EXTENDED ITS IMPACT TO THE TEACHING COMMUNITY. BEVIER SCHOOL TEACHERS PARTICIPATED IN A STRESS REDUCTION INTRODUCTORY PROGRAM, EQUIPPING THEM WITH TOOLS TO BETTER COPE WITH DAY-TO-DAY CHALLENGES AND IMPROVE OVERALL WELL-BEING. TOGETHER, THESE EFFORTS REFLECT FORTUNE FUND'S COMMITMENT TO EMPOWERINGSTUDENTS AND TEACHERS ALIKE, FOSTERING BOTH ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE AND PERSONAL GROWTH.
