Financial health
We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance
This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

- $40,596 spent. In 2024, we continued to help meet the needs of the underserved people of Southeast Dallas County. We did that by: A. Providing food and food services to families within the area. They would come to our location, and we would use food we had purchased in order to serve them not just food but food that is healthier than what they might receive at a normal food bank. Over the year we reached between 15 and 18 families.B. We helped to build a safe environment for families in our area by providing sporting events such as soccer and kickball. We had upwards of 100 people in our soccer program with around 30 in our kickball program for both adults and children. We use this time to help families spend time together. Each event is followed by some time for fellowship. That is normally by having a time to eat or snack together. This time allows parents to build community in a safe environment that is also a positive influence in the area.C. We support our children in the area by providing new shoes, school supplies, toiletry items, backpacks, lightly used clothes and some form of food for the household at our back-to-school event. This event is our largest one-day event in the year drawing hundreds of children and their parents. D. In December we take Santa into the 13 mobile home parks we support and hand out smiles and candy. But the real purpose is to hand out blankets to the children of the area. The mobile homes we support do not always have the best insulation and building materials. These blankets are seen for much of the year at all our events, as the families use them to support their needs within the home.E. This past year we increased our support for a group home in the area. We supported them with visits, fresh food, and short-term supplies as needed. The important part of this ministry was the visits. Our friends within these homes rarely receive outside visitors, thus making the visits critical to the mental wellbeing of those involved. Our basic ministry is to supply in whatever way we can the support needed by the people of southeast Dallas. They live in a sometimes-dangerous environment as well as food desert. Our goal is to provide the mental/spiritual and physical support needed to build strong families. Community is an important word to us, and we seek to build it in any way possible.
