Financial health
We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance
This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Programs described in its return (1)
- The PCPA continues to enhance school programs through our two largest annual fundraisers, Harvest Fest and Cape Challenge 5k, volunteer support, student field trips, visiting artists, and teacher appreciation efforts, while also promoting strong partnerships between families and the school community. In addition to our fundraisers, we offered two community events, a game night for families & a community and culture night where we came together to eat delicious foods from all over, prepared by students and families. After much consideration, we finally made the switch from Scholastic Books to partner with a local bookstore for book fairs this year.
