Financial health

We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance

This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

As the first chapter in ICF, ICF North Texas is proud of the impact and accomplishments we have achieved over the past 30 years. Our chapter was recognized for excellence in Supporting Member Growth and Coaching Excellence, Expanding Community Impact and Awareness of Coaching, and Strengthening and Celebrating the Coaching Community. These focus areas have long been foundations of our chapter's success and have helped us thrive for 30 years. They also reflect alignment with ICF Global's values, strategic mission, and goals.Supporting Member Growth and Coaching Excellence: Our chapter hosted eight hybrid and three virtual monthly member programs. These programs offered 22 Continuing Coach Education Units (CCEUs), including 13.5 Core Competency hours (with 3 Ethics hours) and 8.5 Resource Development hours. We offered seven ongoing LINC (Learn, Interact, Network, Contribute) groups focused on areas including Digital Marketing, MCC Certification, PCC Credential Support, ACC Credential Support, Business Building, Ready to Retire: Now, Later, or Never, Connection Crew for new members, and Internal Coaches. We held more than 90 LINC meetings in total. Our credentialing LINCs each offered up to seven hours of mentor coaching. Our chapter served 263 members, 60% of whom hold an ICF credential.
