Governance
This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Impact evidence

Programs described in its return (2)
- $51,248 spent. We assist pet owners in simple to severe and/or emergent needs of their pets; to restore a pet to health and prolong its life with its family. In addition to our "street outreach" care where more basic care is provided, a specific fund that we use for distinct issues is called Flash's Fund. This fund provides higher amounts of monies for pets whose needs exceed what could be offered normally. These cases can typically range from $500.00 to $1.500.00.
- $29,562 spent. Our operations provide general supplies such as: pet food, collars, leashes, bedding, etc. that have been brought from our storage unit facility to various street outreach sites. In these street outreach locations, we also provide space for licensed volunteer veterinarians and technicians to do veterinary exams, flea prevention, and medications to pets brought in to us by their owners. Conditions treated range from behavioral problems to respiratory infections. We also provide preventative care such as vaccinations, which are required by law. Clients are screened for financial qualification and must fall within our financial guidelines (Federal Poverty Guidelines used as a base). Covenant Creatures recognizes that pets are not only best friends and family, but sometimes a connection to reality. A team ranging from eight to fifteen volunteers endeavor to assist owners in providing for their pets.
