Financial health
We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance
This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

Programs described in its return (2)
- $61,200 spent. St Johns Bizarre: The St Johns Bizarre brings music, crafts, and food to the crowds who traditionally attend the St. Johns Parade alongwith the crowds who also now come for the Bizarre itself. After the parade, a portion of the business district in the St. Johns is closed to traffic, andthousands of people fill our streets to sample hundreds of juried craft vendors, two stages for music, great food, a beer garden servinglocal libations, and tons of games and activities. Its an amazing community event with something for everyone. The Bizarre is coordinated by a dedicatedgroup of volunteers, all St. Johns residents who work throughout the year with local businesses and the community to make the event happen. We rely onthe support of local businesses, community partners, and event sponsors, without which the event would not be possible. Income for the project comes fromdonations, sponsorships, vendor booth sales, and merchandise sales.
- $6,852 spent. Bike Summer: Bike Summer is a three-month open source festival where anyone can host a group bike ride. The event kicks off with a huge party in thepark in early June. In 2024, there were nearly a thousand rides taking place during Bike Summer, with tens of thousands of people attending. The traditionhas been ongoing for over 20 years, and includes merchandise sales and donations as part of the project income.
