Programs described in its return (1)
  1. $230,809 spent. Crafton Public Library (CPL)grew out of a door-to-door book collection effort by the local Woman's Club and Girl Scouts troop in the 1930's. More than 80 years later, the Library now offers much more than books and has kept alive the community spirit in which it was founded through programs and public engagement.Crafton Public Library circulated items for both educational and recreational purposes to the 5,700+ residents of Crafton Borough. The Library served as a hub for computer use, Internet access and assistance with other technologies. As a free public library, CPL makes each of these services available at no cost to the public. Crafton Public Library supports lifelong learning, literacy and connection for all ages through programming.
