Financial health
We do not score finances when yearly spending is very small or the return has too little detail. The ratios stop meaning much at that size.

Governance
This organization files the short tax form, which does not ask about boards, policies or audits. That is normal for a small charity and is not a mark against it.

- The expenditures incurred by the Foundation support education programs of the Eastern Lebanon School District. The expenditures are deemed necessary to provide a quality education. Without the contributions from the Foundation the school would not be able to send students to the PA TSA and sponsor Family Science Night. This is largely made possible by donations from area businesses that donate to the Foundation as part of the Educational Improvement Tax Credit Program (EITC).
