SPECIAL TARGETED PROGRAMS CONSIST OF (I) SERIOUS EMOTIONAL DISTURBANCE (SED), (II) EARLY AND PERIODIC SCREENING, DIAGNOSIS, AND TREATMENT (EPSDT), (III) FU YAU PROJECT - AN ON-SITE PREVENTION AND EARLY INTERVENTION MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES FOR CHILDREN AGES 0-5 AT CHILDCARE CENTERS, AND (IV) AN INTEGRATED BEHAVIORAL HEALTH AND CONSULTATION SERVICES AT SAN FRANCISCO PUBLIC HIGH SCHOOLS.
