THOSE WHO CONTACTED THE ORGANIZATION RECEIVED 67,436 REFERRALS TO 1,458 DISTINCT COMMUNITY AGENCIES TO ADDRESS THEIR IDENTIFIED NEEDS. COMMUNITY RESIDENTS CAN ALSO CONDUCT A DIRECT SEARCH OF THE 211 DATABASE TO MEET THEIR NEEDS WITHOUT CONTACTING A RESOURCE NAVIGATOR. WITHIN THE FISCAL YEAR, 90,458 SEARCHES WERE CONDUCTED.
