WE FEATURED THREE RESIDENT MEMBERS THAT PLAN TOSTAY IN IDAHO TO PRACTICE AFTER RESIDENCY AND FEATURED TWO OF OUR PHYSICIAN MEMBERSDISCUSSING OUR POLICY PRIORITIES.THE IAFP LAUNCHED A WORKFORCE AND RURAL SUPPORT COMMITTEE AND A CLIMATE HEALTH ANDSUSTAINABILITY COMMITTEE. WE IDENTIFIED PRIORITIES IN THESE AREAS OF WORK AND STARTED OFFERINGCONTENT AND PROGRAMMING IN THESE TOPICS TO OUR MEMBERS.WE CONDUCED EXTENSIVE WORK TO SUPPORT THE DELIVERY OF QUALITY HEALTH CARE TO PREGNANTWOMEN IN IDAHO.IN FALL OF 2024, WE VISITED MEDICAL STUDENTS IN THE WWAMI PROGRAM AND THE ICOM PROGRAM TODISCUSS THE BENEFITS OF FAMILY MEDICINE AND RECRUIT THESE STUDENTS INTO THE SPECIALTY. WE HELDMEMBER EVENTS DURING THE AAFP'S FMX EVENT IN ANAHEIM AND THE IMA'S HOUSE OF DELEGATESEVENT IN SUN VALLEY. WE SHARED INFORMATION WITH MEMBERS ABOUT OUR WORK, FUTURE PRIORITIES,AND UPCOMING EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES.IN THE SPRING OF 2024, WE HELD AN IN-PERSON ANNUAL CONFERENCE ATTENDED BY OVER 100 OF OURMEMBERS IN KETCHUM, ID. WE OFFERED 12.5 CONTINUING MEDICAL EDUCATION (CME CREDITS) OVERTWO DAYS. IN ADDITION TO VIRTUAL CME IN OUR MONTHLY GRAND ROUNDS, AND SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS,WE SUPPORTED THE PRIMARY CARE MATTERS CONFERENCE FOR MEMBERS IN NORTHERN IDAHO INSEPTEMBER 2024.WE PROVIDED SEVEN SCHOLARSHIPS TO MEDICAL STUDENTS TO ATTEND THE AAFP'S NATIONALCONFERENCE AND IDENTIFIED TWO RESIDENT MEMBERS TO REPRESENT US AT THE RESIDENT CONGRESS.WE ISSUED A QUARTERLY HARD COPY JOURNAL, SENT TWICE MONTHLY ENEWS COMMUNICATIONS, ANDHOSTED A WEBSITE WITH CURRENT MEMBER RESOURCES.
